Shipping within Australia

Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 days during busier periods such as Christmas and Black Friday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via Australia Post and it will arrive within 10 business days. If you have not received your order during this time, please email onyxandoakcandleco@outlook.com.

Please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly, as additional shipping charges for a redelivery will be charged.

Returns and Refunds

We evaluate each return and refund request individually. While we believe you'll be delighted with our product, if you happen to receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations, kindly inform us. We'll gladly facilitate an exchange or refund. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage and the postage of the replacement item. Breakages

If, regrettably, you receive a candle that has been damaged in transit, kindly contact us at onyxandoakcandleco@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please attach a photo of the box, along with the broken candle inside the box. We will promptly provide a full refund or issue a store credit.

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, and the items must be in new and unused condition.
